PredictKick ("the app") is developed and operated by Davide Lombardozzi ("we", "us"). For any question about this policy or about your data, contact us at davlombcloud@gmail.com.
PredictKick is an analytical tool that publishes football match predictions generated from statistical models and publicly available bookmaker odds. It is not a bookmaker and not a gambling service: no real money can be wagered, deposited or won inside the app. The app is intended for users aged 18 or over.

When you first open the app, Firebase Authentication creates an anonymous identifier for your device. This identifier is a random string: it is not linked to your name, your email address or your Google account, and it cannot be used to identify you personally. Its only purpose is to remember your subscription status.
We do not sell your data. We use the following service providers:
Match data, team logos and bookmaker odds shown in the app are retrieved from a third-party sports data provider. These requests are made by our servers, not by your device, so no information about you is involved.
If you allow notifications, the app subscribes your device to a general announcement channel and we send one message a day when new predictions are published. The same message is sent to every subscriber: we do not use notifications to target individual users. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
The anonymous identifier and subscription status are kept for as long as the app is installed and the subscription record is relevant. Data stored on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to object to its processing. Because the data we hold is anonymous, we may need you to provide the identifier shown in the app in order to locate your record.
To delete your data: uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your device. To also have the subscription record deleted from our systems, write to us at the contact address above and we will remove it.
PredictKick is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has used the app, please contact us.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Where the change is significant, we will also announce it inside the app.
